Okay, that’s not entirely accurate…
Yes, it really did take 21 minutes from start to finish — i.e. from a new online lead to a closed sale complete with credit card authorization faxed to our office.
But there was a lot of planning, work and testing that went on behind the scenes to put a SYSTEM in place that NOW works for us like clockwork.

A simple (and free) tool was integrated into our site to automatically email leads with information and a link to a page on our website where they could learn more about the program, download FAQ and program application, and provide a forum to answer their questions.
