My reply: I offered 4 different versions of the site for Steve and replied to each email he sent within minutes of receiving anything from him. He typically took 3 to 6 months to reply to any of my emails or requests for feedback, information, etc. Answered all his calls and went out of my way to deliver a site to him, based on almost no specific feedback.
